Who runs this site

Fjord & Crayon is the trading name of the sole proprietorship Aksel Jakobsen Rivan (org. no. 937 616 716) in Bergen, Norway, which runs fjordandcrayon.com. The business is responsible for any personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What this website collects

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no forms. The site is plain pages and sets no cookies of its own.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Fonts. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

Buying from the shop

All purchases happen on Etsy. Etsy handles payment, delivery of the downloads and your account details under Etsy's privacy policy. Through Etsy, Fjord & Crayon sees only what is needed to fulfil the order, such as your name, Etsy username and messages you send.

If you e-mail us

If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you. Kindergartens that buy a licence are invoiced, and the invoice details are kept as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires. We do not sell or share this with anyone.

Our Pinterest app

Fjord & Crayon uses a small Pinterest app, “Fjord & Crayon pins”, to run our own Pinterest account. It:

• only publishes the shop's own pins to the shop's own boards;
• only reads the shop's own pins, boards and their statistics;
• stores no data about other Pinterest users;
• shares nothing with third parties.

The app is not offered to anyone else and never acts on another person's Pinterest account.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, by e-mailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
